Royal Mail Tracked 24

Tracked 24 is a target-based service, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (By 1pm)
- Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm
- 98%+ success rate
- Faster and prioritised service
This is a guaranteed service, unlike Tracked 24.
We can arrange Special Delivery, but it typically costs around £25, depending on parcel size and weight.
If you would like to upgrade to Special Delivery, please call us to arrange payment and booking before dispatch.
Dispatch Times (Aims, Not Guarantees)
From receipt of order:
- We aim to dispatch the same working day for orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time).
- Orders placed after 3:00pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.
- Custom products (such as two-tone services) and “Breakers Yard” / used items may take longer.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout (or on our website) are estimates only, not guaranteed dates.
Unless a specific delivery date has been agreed, goods will be delivered:
- Without undue delay
- Within 30 days in accordance with consumer regulations

You will receive a courier confirmation email, usually within 24 hours of dispatch, which will include tracking details.
