You do not specifically need a UKARA membership to purchase an airsoft sniper rifle. However, if the sniper is a realistic colour (black, tan, green, etc.), you must have a valid legal defence under the Violent Crime Reduction Act (VCRA).
UKARA is one accepted defence, but we also accept:
- Airsoft Verify - the best option if you're over 18 and an active airsofter
- UKASA
- Just Cos
- Military Vehicle Trust membership
- Other recognised and verifiable memberships
If you do not have a valid defence or you are under 18, you need to buy a Two-Tone Colour Gun, i.e., blue, red or green, etc.
We can Two-Tone any black gun if needed, but there is a cost of £7.95
